Subscription and Billing

You retain ownership of content you create using our service (lesson plans, assessments, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the appropriateness of AI-generated content before use.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend service for maintenance or updates.

AI Accuracy

While our AI tools are designed to be accurate and helpful, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content. Users should review all AI-generated content before use.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may request a data export before termination.
